Boing! Boing! Smash!

Apparently the director that's going to be interviewing me is currently stuck in South Africa 'cause his plane's been delayed.  That means that he doesn't think he'll be able to make it back to the office before my interview.  So it's been moved to Friday instead.  I just love it when these sort of things happen - makes something that's already a bit stressful a little bit more stressful.  It's ridiculous when you're temping - rather than having to ask 1 person if you can have the day off, you have to ask 2 - the company you're at and the company you're temping for.  It's not a problem usually but it is a bit of a pain having to go through that palarver all the time.  Oh well, such is the joy of life!
