Apparently today is "Keep Jacquie in the dark" day - either that or people are losing the ability the communicate.  It's happened both in and out of work and combining together is enough to seriously annoy me.

I got used to this in the US - most of the people I worked with didn't quite comprehend the results of their actions but were also good at sabotaging their colleagues in a vain attempt to keep their jobs.  I could handle that and combat it for the most part but I didn't expect it when I got back to the UK.

Thank God I'm not as paranoid as the rest of my family - otherwise I really would think people are out to get me rather than just not thinking.


By the way, does anyone else know what song the title comes from?  (I do, but I'm curious if anyone else does :-) )
