Today I want to hide

I just love it when people don't seem to understand that when I say I don't know something and they need to ask a specific person, I mean I don't know and they need to ask that person. I just spent 20 minutes patiently explaining to one of my colleagues a situation as I understand it but that for more clarification they really need to talk to the manager. When they carried on asking me questions that I don't know the answer to, I repeated that they need to talk to the manager.

Looks like it's time for the phrase I'm getting very well known for here - "I'm just a temp. I come from IT not Finance."

This is definitely going to be one of those days where it would have been better to remain hiding under the duvet. Large amounts of alcohol may be required tonight - which would be bad considering I'll be driving to and from the pub.
