My stepmother's eldest nephew and his wife had their baby last night (Benjamin, 11:45pm, 7lb 10oz). So what relation does that make the new arrival and I? Step-second cousins?

Now I have a bouncing stepmother 'cause she's realised this makes her a great-aunt so she can be eccentric (as opposed to just nutty that she was before).
